我预定的房型和入住有严重差别，我订的是池畔房，前台小姐姐告诉我，房间只能是园林，换湖景也是看不清的，双床房只能在4楼，真的是对同程无比的差评！误导了我，浪费钱，要不然订个普通房，我已经很久很久很久没有在同程预定酒店，真心后悔。赠送的东西也就是可以选一个，我是后来争取的
