华茂酒店是东莞茶山镇硬件条件比较好的酒店之一，干净，早餐也可以，交通非常方便，值得推荐。就是退房承诺3分钟搞定很不靠谱，我退房时人较多，等了有15分钟的样子，但没有承诺3分钟办不到给98元的优惠券，感觉有些不诚信。(做不到就不要承诺，这个让我感觉不爽)

环境不错下次还会来茶山仅有的两家稍像点样的酒店之一，没有选择之下的选择。可能是年月久了，装修开始剥落，睡袍毛巾也有些黏手，感觉卫生不是很好的样子，但胜在价钱不算太贵。还好啦。
