我是网上定的高级大床房，一来说没有了给我申请了个豪华大床房，一进去感觉没我在其他地方的标间都好，感觉很差劲，而且12点就要退房，我在其他地方人家都是2点退房，房间浴室还有蜘蛛网，又靠近马路边，隔音也不好，整个晚上都没睡好，地板都烂了，墙上的墙纸也要掉下来了，感觉坑得很，不想住第二次
