晚上12点多去酒店，忙了一天，本来想好好休息一下，谁知道地毯上全是玻璃碎片，灯光昏暗，根本看不清楚，把玻璃扎到脚里，打电话给前台，叫他们处理，他们居然说都扎伤，你想怎么样？态度极其恶劣，叫他们帮忙找东西包扎，就一句话，没有，什么都没有😭，把玻璃渣扫了就走了，搞的我只能用纸巾止血，第二天投诉也无门，谁能告诉我可以怎么办？
