服务态度很差，定的豪华大床房，到入住的酒店给我高级大床房！去找大堂经理问原因，说客满为理由还不给换回来！当时我就无语了，为了不打扰我女朋友的心情所以没有追究。但是酒店毛巾太旧了，房间空间太小了，还有味道
