一点都不像4星级，被子脏，服务差，前台黑着脸，想帮忙打印一份文件都不可以，态度也不好，早餐也差。停车场的车都放出口处了，感觉太差了。

别的都还可以，比较正常的3星标准。但是押金条给我搞错了，交了500的押金写成300，退房的时候扯皮了好久，出租车走了还要留下来等待去处理这个事情，前台看我不打算走了了事，而是打算留下来继续处理，就把200块给我补上了，这种情况前台可以自己做决定而不是去查监控和问经理，看来酒店是常有发生员工把押金给花掉的事情。这个经历让本人不是很愉快，管理鱼龙混杂，需要再加强。
