晚上12点去的，房门一打开，一股霉味，很臭，工作人员答复因为空气太潮，所以没办法。既然空气潮湿，要么事先帮客户做好通风工作（窗户是关着的），要么安装除湿设备，这么大霉味怎么睡啊

配套设施跟五星级酒店差不多，早餐也还行，总体来说还可以，这个价位可以接受，离市中心广场很近，停车也方便，希望服务、早餐可以更好

我是一个不挑剔的人，但是，我此次评论是真的气到我了，入住酒店的时候，我就问了有没有送餐服务，12点半打电话给餐饮服务，接待人员说要13点半才可以，我早餐都没吃，一直等到点我打电话，还只是点了个汤，对方就把电话给我挂了，我以为是故障导致的，就等了下，挂了之后就一直没有打来过，是在饿的不行了，只好叫美团外卖送，（酒店明确规定外面不能上楼，不喜欢麻烦的我，又跑下来去拿）没有送餐就别说有啊，有又这么差服务，真心不想再去了！好失望😞。
