环境优美舒适酒店的设计风格很喜欢，但是服务态度真的很不满意，一个庞大的企业文化酒店今时今日这样的服务态度是不好的，订房黑口黑脸的接待就算了，还要给押金300而且没有任何发票或者证明，还是面对面微信转账。退房里接待我们的人早已交班，但是没有跟下任同事交代清楚，导致我们退房时很不好👎这项工作有待提高

前台服务太差，一个发票寄了两个月没收到，结果是没开，酒店前台电话打了两天没人接。这次又过来出差，专门跑过来开发票。前台这位看了下就立马应该要携程的给我开 what the fxxk？而且态度跩的很。最后是另外一个人给我处理了。以后不会再去住了。
