服务太差！退房时间还差十多分钟！打电话提醒是可以理解怕客户睡着了！接着又敲门！还差十分说超时了！当时正在蔬洗！真的使人失望！真的超时了才敲门可以理解！就算多用几分钟对你们影响也不大
