酒店应该是企石镇一带最好的酒店之一了，大堂大气豪华，早餐质量不错。不满意的是要求的无烟楼层房间没有给也不说明，而且最大问题是酒店的房间不能开窗透气，通风完全靠空调有点不适应。给的又不是无烟房，比较郁闷。最搞笑的就是房间茶几上又放烟灰缸又摆着禁止吸烟标识。

说好的有水果的，结果去了很晚还不见送，打电话去要才送上来三个小苹果，其中还有一个是烂掉的，早餐也没有夏天来住那么多吃的了！可能是客人没有那么多吧！此次感觉不是太好！忘能改进到以前一样好！

住了三晚，前两晚的房间没有热水，报前台，处理方式是放水，放了十几分钟还是温的（比体温高一点）。第三晚还是一样，要求换房，试了几间房的水，放了几分钟都是冷的。服务员说是酒店在换热水系统。试到第三间才有热水。换了房间约一个小时后，有人拿钥匙开门，打不开，使劲敲门。报前台有人骚扰，才离开。夜里十一点，前台打几次电话问你是谁，怎么住进去的？？？
