超差的一次入住。多次入住过这酒店。这次去到了安排了的房型不对版，是以前桑拿房改的房间，明显和以前房型不一样。说房间没有了？只能这房型了？当时我曾看过几个网站都有提示房型有，再怎么说我住你们酒店不少于10次，这样对代老熟客的？电话客服还不能解决？我退了重新下单都不行？艺龙客服说酒店方不愿意退预付费的钱？然后就没然后了？就是爱住不住这意思？后来加了72现金才升级到以前同价的房？这不是莫名其秒的黑？升级你也弄间好点的才说升级两字吧？对酒店的管理也失望透。以后不会住你们酒店。对艺龙也失望了。以后还是尽显选择某程了。
