电视比较落后，应该更新，牙刷比较硬，另外，这么高级的酒店电动窗帘没有，差评，其他酒店装修，服务类都是极好的

服务一流！环境一流！设施设备一流！这真是一个非常豪华的酒店，每个服务人员都非常专业，并且很有礼貌，都会满脸笑容，从入住到退房整个体验都是物有所值，前台的nina、sandy都是非常专业的人，真的是一次非常好的入住体验，下次毅然会选择东莞万达文华！

酒店的位置很好，交通非常方便，酒店的服务也超级好，端午假期入住来的比较早没有干净的房间的时候他们也可以让我们去大堂酒廊吃点心🥧，打扫房间也很快，坐了半个小时房间就打扫干净了，前台的nina见到我们带着小宝宝还很贴心的帮我们加了婴儿床，房间设备都很新，安排的房间真的很满意，真的非常喜欢这个酒店，下次还会选择入住这个酒店。

星级酒店竟然没有专用停车位，与万达商场混用，绕几个圈没找到停车位，就算找到商场停车位，难道让住店人提着行李走到酒店，商场停车场那么大，无语奇葩
