酒店的设施和环境没什么可挑剔的，但让我觉得不舒服的地方是前台和迎宾人员的服务态度。首先是迎宾，小姑娘胸前挂着欢迎观临站在大堂门口，我进门的时候小姑娘也没任何迎宾的动作，更是板着一张脸，让我瞬间觉得这家酒店是要看人的；前台也基本是这样，没有任何笑容和欢迎用语，给我的感觉很不舒服

房间宽敞明亮，大大的落地窗可以一览泳池和半山美景。服务周到，有水果和饮料赠送，泳池很大很干净。就是沐浴间的头顶花洒用不了，另外一个花洒的位置偏低，洗得不是很爽。早餐的品种也不多。周边吃饭购物很方便。
