服务很好，反应快，态度好。设施较旧，空调制冷不行，两个灯接触不良，老是闪，电器控制板也反应不灵敏了，总之，软件行，硬件不行了

以前還是可以的，差評在於那些前台服務員。給了一間爛房間，635號房，電視壞的，電話壞的。wifi壞的，甚至門卡也是壞的，一天跑幾次服務台，氣死人！全部都壞的還給客人住，豈有此理！還老說檢查下，要到發脾氣才肯給個好的房間！第一次住的那麼火的，價錢還收人300一晚！還高級房！
