在马銮湾，出门就是海滨浴场，去风动石景区坐车20分钟，地理位置优越，服务好。周围有大排档，早餐不错。

房子是新的，也挺宽敞、明亮和干净，有个大阳台，推开推拉门可以在阳台侧边看到海，离海边很近，走路几分钟就能到，可以直接穿着拖鞋和泳衣去海滩，附近吃饭也挺方便的，就是设施简陋了点，床也不大，如果一家三口一起住还是有点挤，不过总体还不错吧！
