春节期间，一间房五百多，但服务真的不好。一是房间选择，像其他住户说的，离海很远，海景房也一样。所以舒适房就行，房间跟描述差不多，没浴缸，卫生间小。但房间大小和卫生还不错。二是服务人员，没有服务的精神，机械地完成步骤，没人情味。登记后只给一张房卡，我问可不可以有两张房卡，前台人员就定住了也没回答，几十秒后，旁边另一个前台人员动手多开了一张房卡，放在台上，仍是一句话都没回答。三是早餐，重点说，这是我吃过这么多酒店早餐最差的一间，没有之一。样式极少，如果被拿完了，半天不补。服务员一直用高八度的声音在喊，这个不能拿，蒸笼不能拿，要钱的，要钱的，听着真的不舒服，走了一圈只有如图几样能吃。另一个细节，有其他顾客误拿了皮蛋瘦肉粥，服务员发现台上少一碗，居然在那边就骂开了。好像我们拿着早餐券下来吃早餐的都是贼一样。儿童还得补20元，第二天我们直接没下来吃了，叫外卖送煎包豆浆去房间，三个人也就吃25元。四是其他细节，停车场位置大概50个吧，就是门口的空位，一般都是满的。多要一床被子，收费每天30。
