位置绝佳。出后花园走三十米穿过五米防风林就进了马銮湾浴场，可直下，如果有老人小孩同行可向右三十米，有宽台阶下海滩。吃饭可向老板问计，真心不错。住的舒心，老板人好。是间用心的店，干净整洁。免费给我升级了家庭房，有大阳台向海。临走还送了我父母亲两瓶枇杷膏，让有咳嗽的两老人很感动，下次还选瑞园。

床被：舒服，水：够大够热，房间：干净温馨，老板：热情周到。楼顶有亭，喝茶发呆，听涛观星，爽爽！楼下院子，烧烤聊天，美美！后院直通沙滩，方便！瑞园，蝶屿同一个老板，一样的房。推荐！

陪父母来休假。位置极佳，真正的休闲圣地。二楼的后院出去五十米就到海滩，早上陪父母光着脚在海滩上散步，踏潮水，晚上陪二老在后院喝茶聊天，海涛阵阵，海风习习，人生至乐，不过如此。老板夫妇与所有的工作人员，给人的感觉是细致体贴，如一家人般，在休假的过程中，又别有一番温情的感受。总之，全五星，强烈推荐。

很爽的一次入住，后边的海滩让人很兴奋，早餐也很不错，环境真的没得说，就是晚上睡觉蚊子有点多，但这不影响好心情，是去东山玩的好去处。

很好，真正的海边别墅，大家都很喜欢，后边就是海滩，老板也很热心，带我们去吃海鲜，东山的海鲜的确很棒。
