很失望！更失望的是elong的电话服务，我决定以后基本不会再用elong的订房服务了。这家酒店我是手机电话订购的，因为没有网络，手机电量也不多，接线的那个**告诉我是三星级的而且新开了不久，实际情况呢，看看好评率就知道了。连打三次电话，才发了订房确认信息。事情没确认好，就急着要给接线人员打分。这么烂的服务，elong离关门没几天了！

酒店对面是一条江环境不错酒店蛮干净的服务也不错就是早餐一般一般房间卫生间装修的一般酒店旁边就餐挺方便的出行打车也还行

酒店态度非常差 我们到店时说没有我们的订单 要涨价 我们不肯 就说不给我们房间 明明是有房间的 说没有了 通过艺龙的客服才解决了这事 早餐非常差 问服务员借把剪刀都要啰嗦半天
