第一晚住的很满意，环境服务设施都非常棒，就延住了一天。办理延住的时候发生了一点小插曲，在此希望酒店方对员工加强培训。不过处理问题的态度和速度我们很满意，谢谢你们。下次来东营还会光顾的。

带父母出来玩。到了东营已经很晚了，位置很好找。进到房间真的很惊喜，像是星级酒店。洗澡很棒，像家里一样。地理位置看上去不错，边上有万达。酒店工作人员很热情，好评。

干净，好找，就是登记时问我什么需求，我说别挨着大马路就好，结果还是给开了挨着马路的房间，还有就是服务员和盯贼一样，都在大堂里盯着门口有点让人不自在
