服务还不错，设施勉强算好，不过周围的环境非常好，晚上开车在附近转了一下，很安静但是社区服务也不多，早上带孩子们在院子里边转了下，非常棒，院子很大，景色很漂亮

硬件很好，干净舒适，性价比很高。就是卫生间里的淋浴区与其他区域没有隔离设施，洗澡后地面就全湿了。

特意出差前一周就确定了这个艺龙订单，到店前台说接待团队没房间，又说订单价格不行要支付198，联系艺龙客服介入才放心住下来，入住发现房间没有空调（中央空调坏了)，墙壁上有爬虫爬来爬去，第二天一早离店退房又忘退押金，打电话给前台才承认没退又得重新打的回酒店拿。

国庆期间路过东营，打算住一晚，之前几天没搜到合意的，结果晚上到达后搜到这家，看介绍不错，就是离市中心远点儿，但5公里多的路对自驾来说就不叫事儿。事实证明，这个决定非常正确：酒店15年建的，设施都比较新，环境好且有文化，房间宽敞，被褥干净，浴室水流也不错（固定花洒估计因水垢原因，水流少）。我们的家庭房一张1.8的大床、一个1.2床。卫生间需要改进，因为没有浴帘，淋雨的水会把这个卫生间地上弄湿。还有自助早餐的餐具干净程度差。由于感觉不错，第二天又住了一晚。。

酒店环境好，房间足够大。床不错，被子新。但是卫生间太简陋，没有淋浴房，没有地巾，灯光黑暗，全屋就一个镜子。洗脸池破的不行不行的。洗个澡四处流水。

环境没得说，很棒，房间够大，设施也很齐全，工作人员服务棒棒的，唯一需要改善的是早餐，炒饭里的火腿肠是唯一的肉类
