房间舒适，服务体贴到位，自助餐及商务宴请都很方便。绝对是当地最好的酒店，没有之一。
本来一切顺心如意，最后一分钟有了不愉快。酒店为客人提供免费机场接送服务，本来是很贴心的增值服务，但管理不够规范，反而添堵了。八点五十上车，说好九点之前一定发车，然后车上两个客人就死等一个订好九点去机场死活不出现的客人。再等下去就好误机，酒店调度还是痴心地一直等一直说马上来。无奈只能改坐出租车，带着一肚子气离开酒店。规范的管理应该是，定好几点就几点发车，让迟到的客人自行坐出租车去机场，而不是浪费大家的时间等不遵守规则的人。希望加强管理培训。
