蓝海的酒店服务肯定没的说，只是设施较为陈旧点。电视还是十几年前的CRT，其他的还可以，毕竟价格在这儿放着呢

每当我去某个城市出差之前，都喜欢在先到网上看看当地宾馆的介绍和评价。这次到东营我也照样上网查，结果被西城宾馆的评价给吸引住了，看了大部分评价，都说的挺好，然而我不以为然，总觉得有些美化的言辞，这次有机会正好去感受下。在网上订好房间后打车到宾馆，一进门就见到了前台两张阳光灿烂，热情洋溢的笑脸，心里一暖，激动的我赶紧过去办理登记手续，由于对当地不熟就顺便问了问有哪些好的旅游景点，在前台的李昭芸不厌其烦的详细的介绍了各种景点和特色，又非常热心的为我办理了入住手续，听说我一路辛苦，主动让服务人员送来了水果和零食，给我留下了深刻的印象。在住的这几天里，我见到了宾馆的各个层次的领班，总监，都非常的热情，见面主动的嘘寒问暖，根本没有身在他乡的陌生，仿佛到了好友的家中作客一般，让人如沐春风。时间飞快的过去，最后退房走的时候还有些恋恋不舍的。作为长期在外面出差的我非常感动，她们发自内心的态度让我重新认识了什么是人性化服务，什么是以人为本，在此我非常感谢！
