酒店位置闹中取静，附近有振华、银座，逛街方便。旋转餐厅可以俯瞰西城。
住的副楼，设计很蓝海。内部柜子设计都是隐藏式，看起来井然有序。
不喜欢黑色塑料马桶，看起来廉价不洁。浴室中还是有点潮，走前发现了一个虫子。
早餐没赶上，人多位满。午餐自助对外营业，恰逢周末，排队等了四十多分钟，口味一般，人多嘈杂降低了蓝海的档次。
住店水果和离店水果是很好的服务，非常满意。

非常好的酒店 特别是服务客户的理念让人敬佩。由于订的房间装饰布局不太喜欢 酒店前台的工作人员（王中祎）热情帮助调整升级了非常好的房间 想要一张旅游介绍 还专程跑一趟送来 举止礼仪也很到位。酒店自助餐超级棒 会推荐朋友首选。离开酒店他们还送了水果饮用水 很周到。

新悦一如既往的好。服务实际是超五星的。是东营西城区住宿的顶梁柱。住过不少的酒店和饭店，新悦相当不错。但也面临着设备老化问题。
