房卡打不开门，在门口站着等服务员开门，开了门进去等保安去换房卡，前前后后20分钟就处理这么个房卡开不了门的问题，第二天早上被热醒，发现空调停了一会儿了，再开开不了了，等服务员解决之后再开到合适的温度，半个小时又过去了，而且那个空调制冷效果很差
