这是一家服务非常死板，没有任何灵活性的酒店，全国这么多万达嘉华，第一次碰到这么难沟通的各种工作人员，尤其是网络订房部门的，与山东人民热情豪爽的民风格格不入，令人失望。谨此，一定没有下一次了

酒店很豪华，气派。酒店位置很好，买东西购物都很方便，也好打车。
服务很好，都很热情，主动帮我拿行李。房间干净卫生，风格很喜欢，床很舒服，软硬适中，空调温度还行。
去吃了早餐，餐厅感觉也不错。退房速度很快，还有人帮我提前叫车，很不错，以后还会再来！好，好，好。
好极了👏
