3卧别墅是二三楼的上叠别墅，拎着大箱子上楼梯真是麻烦。3间卧室只有2个卫生间，而且客厅没有卫生间，去卫生间只能上楼。有地暖，但是要1个多小时才热，并且开了地暖就不能开空调，会跳闸。卫生间没有暖气。早餐餐厅特别小，品种不多，服务员会和客人抢着拿鸡蛋啥的，呵呵。早上九点退房前台竟然没人，要打电话才能找到人。绝不会再入住这里。
