第二次入住。第一次在糯米网订的，到了查不了订单，前台态度不热情，让我自己联系客服。这次在艺龙定的，到了晚上十点过，也是查不到订单，前台处理态度非常不积极，在我一再催促下，以网络价格给我定的房间，后面我联系客服查询到订单后才退款给我。总之，其他设施还不错，就是前台态度有待提高。

房间的设备看起来挺高档的，很满意，不存在老旧之说，可能每个人的看法和要求不同。而且163的价格还包含双早，挺划算的，在旅游旺季性价比很高。前台服务态度可以。
