入住酒店后感觉酒店设施有些老旧，房间有点发霉的味道，因为第二天要很早起床赶飞机，10点钟睡了，睡着后就被激烈的争吵声吵醒，听起来是楼上或楼下的声音，声音很大，连熟睡的孩子也被吵醒，被酒店的隔音效果折服了。好不容易安静下来刚睡着，房间里的应急灯突然亮了，很刺眼。当时吓一跳，不知怎么回事，自己试了怎么都关不上，打电话到前台，说是停电了，亮着灯我也睡不着。这一夜无眠。这样记忆深刻的一夜，我该给怎样的评价呢

酒店位置不错，离都江堰景区各个大门打的均为起步费，酒店设施有需要改进的地方，见附图，卫生间橱柜玻璃坏，洗面盆落水坏，花洒不能固定住，报修后前台竟然让我们迁就一下使用，这个服务态度与IHG旗下酒店不相称，希望加以改进！
