房间虽旧，但是维护得很好，地毯干干净净的。温泉就是锅炉水，但是池子挺干净的，大池子消毒水味道太重了。搓背为何只有男士没有女士？温泉就连住店客人也只能进去一次很不爽！配套设施完善。看书喝咖啡西餐中餐都有。楼层服务员一问三不知，虽然是实习生，但是还是要培训再上岗吧？问他温泉走哪个电梯都不知道。不知道服务行业永远也不能回答“不知道”吗？何况还是五星级酒店。早餐厅一片混乱。

作为一家五星级的酒店，实在感觉没有实至名归！前台接侍人员素质需要提高，入住办理等待时间较长且工作人员无任何礼貌用语！早餐用歺客人太多，服务员回收空盘不及时主动，居然喝咖啡不提供专用小勺，询问半天才反应过来！酒店其他硬件设施还行，房间比较安静！书吧很美值得推荐！
