设施设备还可以，干净整洁，地理位置也好，步行一会儿就能到青城前山山门，工作人员也都很热情，热水很烫，但使用的时候热水器声音有点大。唯一不好就是赶上暖气供气不足，只能开空调，空调又不给力，一个晚上都不怎么暖和。

什么都还好啦！第一次来住了一个星期。觉得服务态度不太好！当时想出来要开心，没计较！第二次和老公又来，这次真心觉得前台服务态度太差啦……哎！这次真不来了！

酒店设施还可以，虽说有简易厨房，光放了电磁炉，没锅等同于摆设，床有点小而且硬，最先开的房间居然没热水，服务人员态度倒挺好，立马让人来修，但最终还是换房间，换了房间有热水了，可是厕所一股臭味，入住体验不咋的

属于青城山中等水平吧 热水确实需要改善一下 总是突然没有 或者是很长时间没有 离青城山入口挺近 周围都是小馆子 好评吧
