已经多次入住这个酒店了，设施不错，热水很好，这次带小孩一起，跟前台沟通后主动安排了较安静的房间，很不错。这次唯一觉得不好的地方就是房间空调，声音太大，我失眠了，但是小朋友却睡得还好。。。总体来说酒店性价比不错，服务也不错。

住的简中行政套房，先说不足的:卧室顶上横梁外表装饰有脱胶开口，次卫洗手液瓶内是空的，吧灯不亮，床头吊灯两边亮度不一，早餐补充不及时，品种单一，服务员脸上看不到微笑，特别是餐厅，无论早晚都马着脸。优点:交通方便，酒店的餐厅点菜味道不错，分量足，价格合适，套房在房门外还有一道总的大门，安全，安静，清扫服务员阿姨态度好。床垫略硬，不过不会影响舒适性

国庆去住的，房间略有些旧了，位置很好，就在青城山门口，豪生对面，早上走走路，还是很不错的。

满意的五星。升级了房间，小套间。室内洁净，设施较新，毛巾床单干净。在青城山却比较干燥，满意。服务方面，按下清洁按钮，吃个早饭回来已经收拾妥当，很高兴，虽然可能与入住客人不多有关。

从青铜山下山后就很晚了，四个人都很累。临时上艺龙定了这家酒店两间房间。前台服务员非要等她电脑里确定了艺龙的信息才能登记入住。要不是外头天色已晚，真的是不太想住这家酒店！价格高就算了，服务态度还很差！

隔音效果太撇了，一大早就被走廊里的吵闹声吵醒，对于某些素质不高的住客真的想骂脏话……房间略小，设施也一般，感觉500上下的价钱是偏贵了，唯一好的就是离温泉和吃饭的地方比较近

隔音效果不好，对面又遇一群参加什么活动的老年人丝毫不顾及别人的感受，早上6点钟就相互敲门，在酒店走廊大声喧哗，难道人老了就可以随心所欲不讲公德啦！
