不知是否是节假日，服务也显得冷清。前台态度很好，但明显无法处理问题，偌大一个酒店，顾客有意见也白搭。

环境很好，房间内配套也很高大上，床很软，电脑电视电吹风都有，很周到。遗憾的是第一个房间有股很大的霉味，然后换了一个房间，电脑又是坏的。wifi信号不是很强，房间隔音效果也不是很好，走廊有人走路说话都听的清清楚楚。还有前台的服务员真的是高艳冷，一点都不热情，很影响入住心情。客房离温泉有200米左右，温泉部的客服人员就很热情很周到，5个温泉池都开了，还建议我们每个都感受下，汗蒸房湿蒸房也开放了，很好！
