非常好的五星级酒店，依山傍水，景色宜人。特别是服务，美丽恬静的美女从进门起，用周到细致的服务照顾到每个细节，如同回到家里，孙银经理，周立主任及前台的美女个个热情、主动、专业。一定会再去！

第一次入住御垒山居，入住后，首先看了看枕巾单和床单，然后要求楼层服务员换了一张枕巾单，这个很影响我的入住心情，一直都觉得床单也没更换，作为一个五星酒店，这个必须要提醒一下酒店方。
好的就是入住的大环境很不错，小朋友在游泳池玩得很开心，老人觉得早餐不错。

酒店环境好，房间很大、很舒服，服务不错，早餐也还可以。不满意的就是所谓的温泉，不是天然温泉不说，设施确实一般，桑拿房居然没有自动喷水，连装水盆都是漏的。

先说优点，位置好，环境不错，早餐不错，牛肉面好吃。前台和打扫卫生的大姐态度不错，卫生间宽大。再说点缺点，还是早餐煮牛肉面的服务员态度冷硬，就像你在求他做事一样，另外房间设施一般，和洲际比还有差距。最后是房间里的水喝完了，想多要一瓶收费5元。这不是钱的问题，关键我住了那么多酒店还没一家这样的，除非你要多瓶水，显得太小气！
