  特别想感谢客服Yuna，她的服务非常热心和细心。从入住前到离店，全程跟进我们的情况，主动询问需求，让我们感到备受关怀，像家人一样贴心。 酒店环境非常优美，安静且私密性好，整体氛围温馨舒适。温泉体验超乎预期，泡完后全身放松，极大地舒缓了旅途的疲劳。早餐也很丰盛，种类多样，食材新鲜，味道可口，为一天带来了美好的开始。

  从来不写评论，但是这个酒店的性价比和服务真的，必须要点个赞，主要希望它生意好点，以后可以经常去，刚刚check in走进房间客服主任的微信就来了，是不是带了一个小孩？需不需要提供小孩的拖鞋和洗漱用品，我女儿都説比她之前住的任何一家五星级酒店服务都好，早餐也很棒，还有新鲜的欢迎水果，房间也很大很乾净

  酒店里整体很安静，要不是看到晚餐时餐厅里那么多人，我都以为没什么人住。房间装修布局和硬件都合格，园景的景观很好。出行方便，周围好吃的不少。早餐种类虽然不是特别多，但感觉用心的，最喜欢就是白粥熬的特别好，pancake和华夫饼的配料区很丰富。这两天碰见的两个礼宾小哥都很nice，热情，赶眼色。安全管理比较负责，宾客部笑笑很热情。再去都江堰还会选这家。
