房间真的很小…开始住的一间还有味道，厕所下水道返上来的味儿，联系前台换了一间屋。我朋友那屋也是有这种味儿。酒店的外环境还不错。

不过该酒店环境优美，遗失的物品及时通知归还，服务贴心。

酒店环境是很不错的
但服务简直不敢相信 前台美女估计是笑不来 办理入住退房都是全程无笑脸 更气愤的是你们酒店没有做上订单客人无法办理入住连句抱歉都没有
酒店其它服务员一样 我们带着小朋友 有两个服务员从我们旁边走过 其中应该是还有一个领班的样子 看到我们没有一句招呼没有一个笑脸 要到电梯口居然直接上电梯就走了 我们距离就两三米 压根就没有说让客人先走或者说等客人一会儿 直接无语了
或许你们酒店的服务理念就是没有服务吧 呵呵 绝对不会再次光临
