入住此酒店4天，8月9日我续房被无故宣布不能续，要求退房（无语）难道国际酒店就是以此种行为方式来对待你的顾客的吗？不管你酒店是因为什么原因，而在没确定顾客是否退房和续房的情况下，你这种强行强硬的态度赶走客户，你们觉得合适吗？不管你酒店设备实施在好以后不会再住！前台服务在一个国际酒店来说太差！基本礼貌不会，业务不熟，生搬硬套，普通话不会，待改善。
