非常不错的酒店，干净卫生，服务热情！尤其给前台服务员点赞！我7月13日中午在酒店对面的川菜馆吃午饭墨镜遗忘在店里，晚上想起的时候店家已关门。第二天退房时抱着试一下的心情给前台说麻烦帮到店家寻找一下，她们很爽快的答应了，在我去张掖路上又接到前台电话告诉眼镜已找到并且已帮我邮回！真心非常感谢！

酒店服务很差，这么热的天，为了省电，晚上2点以后把空调关闭了，一点不顾客户的感受，夜里一家老小全都热的睡不着，这边天气又干燥，女儿不停的流鼻血，打电话去前台才被告知空调关闭了，凌晨4点和酒店交涉了靠近个把小时，才换了件没有空调，但是比较凉点的房间，离开酒店的时候酒店没有任何的说法，也懒的和他们折腾，还得继续赶行程，希望后面入住的朋友入住前先和前台确认下晚上别把空调给关了
