刚进酒店大厅非常敞亮，前台提供暖心姜枣茶还有免费的咖啡??，服务真的很周到，办理入住时还给我免费升级了，酒店周边交通方便，距离景区也不远，站在房间就可以看见鸣沙山，环境整洁，房间设计感强布局堪称完美，前提服务人员周到细致，让人温暖舒心，给我营造了一种家的感觉，酒店服务员在客房服务细节上都是那么无懈可击，价格也是实惠合理，热情周到非常满意真心点赞，退房后还送了我一个小礼品值得推荐，下次还会入住??????

冲着全季的品牌去的，没有看评论，办理入住的时候前台说楼里有个慢摇吧，慢摇吧，呵呵，给了据说比较安静的房间529，非！常！安！静～晚上玻璃会共振，床也会震，音乐360°环绕，连住三晚，免费泡了三次吧，后悔没有买点啤酒...厕所墙壁上有血，打扫的阿姨三天都没有发现

同一栋楼的二楼有歌舞厅，营业到凌晨2点钟，声音狂大，很吵。根本睡不着。向前台反应，没有任何解决办法。很差的体验！

大家一定要注意了，这个敦煌全季酒店，下面是两家娱乐场所，关键是迪厅跳舞的，低音喇叭是刚刚的猛，心脏不好的，怕吵的一定要注意了，不要来了。如果怕早上起不来买敦煌莫高窟门票的可以选择全季酒店。
