应对旅游旺季做的准备不够，早餐很一般般，设施维护不够，反映了也没及时维修，一再催促后还是未解决厕所镜前灯无法使用的问题。没停车场，变向增加了房费。希望尽心改进！曾经住过敦煌其他酒店，都没这么多缺陷.....
