设施陈旧 不管住多少天拖鞋只提供一次 而且拖鞋薄的像纸 毛巾非常旧像用了十几年的样子

酒店位置尚可，设施一般、服务相当差，尤其是前台服务，提前一个月在网上预订，提前一天跟酒店联系好，入住时居然不是预订的豪华标间，而且还说与豪华标间差不多（真是当时太生气忘记了要照照片），真的是差很多，在酒店的最边上，而且房间是钥匙都不是房卡，房间小、潮、差、阴暗，及时跟前台联系，问是否可以给换房间，告知不行，而且连第二天是否能给调换都不保证，终于忍无可忍，联系携程，经过多方调解终于给调整了一间三人间，真心让人气愤，同时还要谴责一下2014年8月5日当天携程值班经理，完全不为携程会员考虑，不自己了解事情经过，不协调酒店和客人关系，还偏袒酒店，非说酒店给的房间与原房间基本一样，真是不明白像这种完全没有客服经验的人是怎么当上值班经理的，希望以后可以改进。

各方面都不错，环境、交通等。离夜市也不远，做为旅游完全值得的，在旺季价格也尚可。就是网速太慢了，遗憾！总体值得推荐！

不错的酒店，地理位置不错，干净，整洁，去沙洲市场走着就可以。就是二楼的标间最北边的一间很小很小，与其他标间相比差很多。后院可以停车，不收费。房间没有WiFi，大厅有，如果住在大厅上面的房间，可以收到信号。整体推荐。
