住的靠走廊的标间，非常不安全也不能透气因为就是走廊！朋友那一间厕所马桶还有尿 空调水用一个桶子接 一晚上没睡好

景观房还行，在路边能看到河边的公园，路上车不算多，所以不吵。订的商务房订的时候艺龙显示是有窗，结果去了给的房间是窗户在走廊里的，给酒店说要求换房不给换，后来艺龙协调后才给换。后来我查了窗户在走廊的比我订的商务房便宜

网上说有接站服务，但店里说车坏了，自个打的去。花了四十块。网上说可以最迟14点退房，但店说现在都是12点前退。不知道是携程没有及时更新信息，还是图片仅供参考，请以实物为准之类的解释？
