最差的一次五星级酒店体验：
1、深夜抵达，不让正门落客和下行李，叫走后门员工通道，于是抱着小孩提着行李步行一里路，全程无服务生帮忙；
2、酒店毛巾破旧，有洞的毛巾也在让客人用，寝具等颜色陈旧；
3、退房时，行李也是步行500米自己拿，五星级酒店没有礼宾服务吗？
