前台服务态度比较好，但是办理非常混乱，说好的浴缸，反复确认，最终结果仍没有，交涉后总算弄好，结果房间门卡没做好，房门打不开，总之折腾半天，影响心情，希望改进，工作就要实事求是，不要糊弄或者试图欺骗
