网上已支付房费，十一点半到店据然无房，商家联系了另一家祁连大酒店，凌晨1点半入住后，3点停电热的要命，6点就退房早饭也没吃，酒店差得一米，还要预订价格收费，最差的一次订房体验

不推荐下榻，虽然酒店提供接站服务，但是去别的景点不太方便！没有服务意识！说话态度虽然还算客气，就是办不了事，不是推脱，就是说了不算！基本没有其他服务项目！房间内环境也就快捷旅馆的层次……

酒店设施老旧，卫生一般，很多浴巾，毛巾都有长时间使用后洗不掉的脏斑，酒店服务态度不是太好，更没有替客人着想的服务理念！地理位置虽然不能说太差，但去哪里玩都不方便坐车！

酒店位置还可以，房间也不错。就是睡到半夜停电，第二天提着行李下电梯，大堂也没电，无法开发票，旁边的餐馆也是黑灯的，无法吃早餐。还有就是停车费是外包的，停一晚收十元。
