到酒店的当天晚上凌晨3点50左右，我们住的房间门被酒店服务人员带着一个喝醉酒的发神经的人用门卡打开了，后向酒店前台询问，她说已经核实过不是该人定的房间，但架不住那人一直在闹，所以用房卡把门打开，因为房间门反锁起来，又用很大的力气把门怼开，酒店遇到这种无理取闹的客人，就是这种处理方法？妨害其他客人的人生安全吗？幸亏我是和我妈两个人，要一个独身女性入住怎么办，后来一直吓得都没敢睡了，考虑到第二天行程安排已满，没有报警，大家选择的时候谨慎一点吧。
