酒店硬件还可以，服务太差。趁着国庆知道游客赶时间，故意找茬。从来没碰到过浴巾脏了按照全新价格赔的。1、按照酒店的说法，浴巾用清水洗不干净，就要赔偿。可以推断该酒店的浴巾不用清洁剂、消毒液来清洗，都是清水洗然后给客人用。2、三位前台，两位女士不怎么说话，全程那位男处理这个事情。本人和几位朋友全程没说过脏话，只有情绪激动嗓门比较大。那位男前台说了一句脏话，用对讲机叫保安。然后我们报警。酒店老板来后态度强硬，要求赔偿毛巾费130元。3、84消毒液倒在污渍上，污渍没了，还要求赔偿，故意讹诈
