入住时发现清理马桶的那个塞子还插在马桶里。之后我们发现马桶是堵塞的，外出吃完饭的时候和前台说明了情况。前台说会安排人处理。但是晚上我们回来后根本就没有处理。大半夜老公给他们通马桶。
马桶堵塞不是因为我们造成的。入住前就已经堵塞了。

订了精品大床房，其实是内窗，网上并未注明，早知道就不订了，洗澡水流很小，水温不稳定，设施还比较新，没窗通风差点
