我无论公差还是私游一年有8、9个月在外地，住的酒店多了自然要做比较，这家酒店挺令人失望的，首先床上用品是上一位客人用过的，让服务员从新换过，不提供瓶装水，房间内没有什么东西要交200元押金，心里不是滋味，我不关注洗漱用品，因为我从来不用酒店提供的一切用品包括卫生纸。淋浴花洒还可以，但是浴门关不上。周围是建筑工地和卖建材用品的，环境好坏可想而知……

服务卫生都很不错，毕竟是新开的，唯一不足就是早餐太low鸡蛋只能一人一个，可能是厨房和酒店分开的原因吧，希望改善餐厅，不能因为餐厅的不足影响到酒店整体的形象

酒店属于市郊，不过敦煌市区不大，去莫高窟和月牙泉都还好。旅行团入住挺多的，只是我们去的时候酒店对面在建设，早上七点左右开始施工有点受不了

酒店设施较旧，与准四星不符。洗澡卫生间漏水厉害，导致房间墙纸发霉脱落，床品一般，不太舒服，床单上有污渍，反映情况后也及时更换了。服务态度一般，本想多住2天，但第二天还是换了个酒店住。

酒店服务好，我们去的时候是周六晚上，买的周一莫高窟的票，孩子没带证件去不了莫高窟，周日那天派出所户籍科休息，酒店老总帮我们找了好几个地方，终于办出证件，周一顺利游玩莫高窟，十分感谢
