酒店很干净，大厅很气派。服务人员态度好，前台的小程、小朱对客人彬彬有礼，我们退房后去莫高窟想寄存行李，他们帮我们保管。回来后在大厅临时休息，他们还主动给端上来茶水，很暖心的服务。酒店周围不远有超市和吃饭的地方，门口就有3路车去鸣沙山。当然也提一点小意见，就是枕头实在太厚了，睡觉太高，颈椎不舒服。希望能改得薄一点，软一点。

超级好的一家酒店，有电梯，而且房间超级大，卫生也搞得很好，空调电视热水一应俱全，前台态度也相当好，还特意升级了标准间，地理位置也不错，出门就是公交站，前面没多远就是月牙泉，很满意

前台接待是这旅店唯一的亮点，入住当天姓史的前台小姑娘印象深刻，星级酒店的接待，离店的小伙也很热情，进出都会起身问好，但除此之外，招待所的设施，特别是打扫阿姨非常不专业，这卫生实在是……，没拍照怕引起不适，上传的照片是靠近空调一边的床上，连续两天有类似灰尘的东西，估计是空调吹出来的，滤网应该好好清理一下了，旅馆周围饭店还蛮多，走路到沙洲夜市需15分钟，到鸣沙山景区开车大概10分钟左右
