行政酒廊可以享用早餐、下午茶和晚餐，餐食和酒水都很丰富，这方面非常超值。酒店房间比较宽敞，出门走几步就是河景，适合休闲游。只是酒店没有停车场，周边停车贵不适合自驾，其他都很优秀。

酒店人员服务很好，设施也挺齐全，洗漱用品、烧水壶、冰箱、一次性拖鞋、保险箱都有，大堂有饮水机接水。酒店到珀斯湾（天鹅河）步行几分钟就到，酒店出门就有公交站，到CBD、码头、火车站、国王公园都在免费区域内（珀斯除了有几条免费公交线外，CBD区域内所有公交都是免费的），要去远处买一张7AUD的Dayrider通票，当天可以不限次的乘坐火车，非常方便。

酒店员工服务态度良好，可以帮我们解决问题，入住时因为我们没有订早餐，所以职员提醒我们要不要订早餐。早上我们早餐的食品，于是决定加订早餐，工作人员用我们熟悉的议员替我们解决加订的问题。

沿海滨散步、或坐CAT即可到巿中心、热闹宁静皆可。早餐咖啡做得好????餐厅UMA秘鲁菜也是不错。友房间点餐也说可以。有‘小小‘的泳池放松为主。lobby设有自助加水机、大家按需要取不浪费。前台人员都亲切提供服务、也很满意房务为我收拾、让我们享受舒适房间。惟一遗憾是环境虽宁静、但关门声音是无法避免、甚至隔壁拉窗帘也曾听到。幸好我是不受关门声、影响睡眠的人。

Exceptional stay from start to finish
I had a fantastic stay at the Pan Pacific Hotel and couldn’t fault a thing. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming — the kind of service that makes you feel looked after without being overbearing.
The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean, with an incredibly comfortable bed and thoughtful touches throughout. Everything felt calm, luxurious, and well-maintained. The facilities were equally impressive, especially the pool and fitness areas, which were spotless and relaxing.
The location is also a huge plus — convenient for getting around while still feeling like a peaceful retreat from the city. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and high-quality options.
Overall, Pan Pacific delivers true five-star comfort with outstanding service. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a refined, relaxing, and seamless hotel experience.

Cleanliness: Average, as the hotel doesn’t change the bed sheets daily unless you specifically request it.
Location: Good. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and it’s about a 10–15 minute walk to the CBD. There are several restaurant options directly across the street, and a park and the seaside are just a 5-minute walk behind the hotel.

Very good hotel. Comfortable bed and pillows. Spacious room and bathroom. The hotel gym was very good and well equipped and maintained. I booked with breakfast included, and the breakfast buffet and the Barnstable coffee was plentiful, assorted, and delicious. Worth every penny.
